We understand how important it is for consumers with gluten sensitivity to have accurate information about the gluten content of foods. To make sure our consumers have the best source of information, gluten-containing ingredients are always listed on our ingredient label, no matter how small the amount. We list ingredients that are a source of gluten on our label's ingredient statement in commonly known terms, such as wheat, barley, oats or rye. Currently, all Back to Nature Macaroni and Cheese products contain wheat.
Post-consumer content is material that was collected from either households or businesses through recycling, after the original product was consumed or package was used. You can tell how much of the total recycled content came from people like you, by looking at the percentage stated on the packaging (e.g., 35% PRC).
